Massage your way to recovery.
Step 1 Pinch the pecs
Sit up straight. Use your right hand to apply massage oil to your pectorals. Rest your left palm in the centre of your lower-right pec, so your fingers face out. Push down with your palm as you make a big pinching motion with your fingers. Take 3 minutes to work up to both of your upper pecs.
Step 2 Apply pressure
Take up yoga to ward off aches and boost flexibility.
1. Knees bend, arm stretch
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, with your arms at your sides and your back completely straight so your spine is neutral. Keep your knees bent at 45 degrees. Inhale deeply and, as you exhale, bend at the hips to bring your torso over the front of your thighs. Round your back slightly so your chest and stomach rest on top of your thighs. Let your arms hang straight down and place your palms on the ground with your fingers facing forward. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat twice.
